He's here...he's here!!!

My baby brother is finally here. Although he arrived a week early I have been waiting for him a long time (nine months is a long time when your my age).

Britton Michael
February 15, 2010
8 lbs. 4 oz.
20 1/2 inches
1:59 a.m.

My mommy can tell you the full story but she tells me Britton was in a big hurry to get here. Mommy said she only had a few hours of contractions until her water broke at 12:30 a.m....yup, one in a half hours before he was born. Barely enough time to get to the hospital. Good thing we live close to the hospital. Although I hear mommy made daddy run a few red lights on the way.

ABC...as easy as 1, 2, 3!

I'm learning to say my ABC's. Mostly I just like to be silly. Here I am with a little bit of silly and a little bit of my ABC's.

Baby brother...

Mommy and daddy tell me my baby broder (aka: brother) is coming soon. Mommy went to the doctor and they took cool photos of him. The doctor says everything is looking good and that my baby broder is very healthy. I can't wait to meet him and find out his name! Mommy and daddy say he has a name but they are keeping it a secret. They won't even tell me! I do repeat everything so I guess I understand. See you soon little broder.

Whose who?!

Mommy was showing me some old pictures of her when she was a baby. When she asked me who was in the picture I would say "Braylynn". Can you tell who is who?

What's in a name?

I'm talking all the time now. Sometimes in full sentences. I also like to repeat EVERYTHING mommy and daddy says (Be warned!). Click play below to hear me say my name.

Santa Claus is coming to town...

Mommy and daddy took me to see Santa and Mrs. Claus. I'm a little shy around strangers so I didn't want to sit in Santa's lap. Mommy and daddy decided to be in the picture with me so I wouldn't be sad. (Last year I cried because I thought Santa was scary).

18 months

I'm 18 months and still growing.

34 inches tall (almost off the charts for my age!)
24 lbs 4 oz

I had to get two shots and I was very brave. I cried only for a second, then I got to pick a prize from the treasure box.

New Jersey

My mommy, daddy and I went to New Jersey to visit family. We first flew on a plane but I only remember a little bit because then I slept the whole way. The weather was great and I was able to play outside a lot. Much different from Arizona where I can only play outside for a little bit because its so hot. I met lots of my family and got lots of hugs and kisses. I loved every bit of it!

New shirt...

My mommy and daddy got me a new shirt. Can you read it? They say it means something pretty big but I'm not sure yet.

I guess on February 20th I'm gonna be a big sister. At least that's the date they tell my mommy and daddy my new baby will arrive. I was nine days early so I hope they prepare ahead of time just in case. I'm a great helper and can't wait to have someone to play with.
