Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone. We had the best Christmas ever. It was several days filled with family, food and LOTS of presents. We were spoiled beyond belief (and of course loved every minute of it). I was so excited to see Santa came to my house. I was a really good girl this year and he brought me the blue scooter I wanted. A BIG thank you to everyone who loves us and spoiled us rotten. We are very blessed to have so many people in our lives that love us.

Our beautiful Christmas tree after Santa came.

Me with my new blue scooter.

Anyone want to have a tea party?

New cars...from the movie Cars of course.

Phoenix Zoo

We went to the zoo and saw lots of animals. It was really cold that day but we still have a blast. We rode on a train and a carousel. My favorite animal was the monkeys.

Turtles...the kind you eat!

Mommy and daddy let us help make yummy goodies for the holidays. They are called turtles, except they aren't green. They have a pretzel on the bottom, melted chocolate rolo, then a pecan on the top. I kept wanting to eat more and more but mommy said I would get a tummy ache if I ate too many.

Somehow we all ended up wearing stripes shrits that day.

Daddy and I getting them ready.

We saw Santa....well, kinda.

We went to see Santa and I was so excited. I saw him sitting on the couch when we got there and I was ready to tell him I wanted a scooter for Christmas. Then it was our turn and this is what happened...

I'm a little shy. So mommy helped me write him a letter.

It's a baby...

A baby GIRL. We are all very excited to be blessed with another baby girl. I kept telling mommy and daddy it was a girl. I'm so smart. Here are some photos from the ultrasound. The doctor said everything looks great and the baby is very healthy. I can't wait to meet her. 20 more weeks to go...

Her mouth is open...I think she's saying hi.

So much to be thankful for...

Happy Thanksgiving.

We have so much to be thankful for...
Family and friends we love, a roof over our heads, food in our bellies, clothes on our backs and a new baby sister or brother growing in mommy's belly.

Here is a photo of Britton and I before going to grandma's for Thanksgiving dinner. I made the turkey shirt I'm wearing at preschool. Can you believe they put paint on my hand?.

Sillytime = Bedtime

Britton and I are silly most of the time, but we get super silly after we've had a bath right before bed. Maybe mommy and daddy use silly soap in the bathtub to get us clean and it makes us silly. Here are some pictures of us before bed.

Halloween

We went trick or treating on Halloween. All I had to do was say trick or treat and the neighbors gave me candy. I wish it was Halloween everyday. I dressed up like a black cat and Britton was a doggy.

We carved pumpkins too.
Mommy carved an 'M' for Martineau and I
drew a silly face but daddy did the carving.
I did NOT want to touch the gooey stuff inside
the pumpkin.

4 + 1 = 5

I'm learning lots of things in preschool. How to write my name, math and a lot of other fun stuff. Daddy and mommy taught me a new math problem...

daddy + mommy + Braylynn + Britton + baby #3 = 5

Yep, that's right...baby number 3 is growing in mommy's belly and they say s/he will be here April 26, 2012 (est. due date)!!!

I'm very excited! I like to ask a lot of questions. Where is the baby going to sleep? Where is the baby going to sit when we eat dinner? Where is the baby going to sit in the car?

We don't know if the baby is a boy or a girl yet, but I already think it's a girl and call her a she. Besides, I ALREADY have a brother.

We rented a surrey bike.
Mommy and daddy did all the pedaling.

Preschool

I started preschool this week. I had so much fun and really like my teacher, Ms. Gretchen. I'm making lots of new friends too. I love to read and I love to spell. I can spell my first and last name and I'm learning to write my name too. Soon I'll be smarter than my mommy and daddy.

I'm a Preschooler

Always need a silly picture.

Happy Birthday Daddy

Happy 33rd Birthday Daddy. We love you lots and lots. We forgot to take photos for daddy's birthday so instead I will show you some photos of what happens at our house when daddy is in charge (mommy went to dinner with some friends a few weeks ago).

Giant fort in my room.

I see you.

Hanging out in our fort.

Yes, I am jumping on the bed.

Swim school

This summer, Britton and I took swim lessons. At first, I did not like it. But after a couple days I was really excited to learn how to swim. Daddy had to swim with Britton because he was still too little but I got to swim all by myself (with help from my swim couch). Here we are in action...

Fireworks...

Happy 4th of July. We had an all-american day. Had hamburgers, baked beans, corn on the cob and mac & cheese for dinner (well, I ate the mac & cheese because I don't like the other stuff). Then we lit some firecrackers and sparklers outside. The night ended with sitting in the back of daddy's truck and watching beautiful fireworks high in the sky. What a great day.

Britton loves corn on the cob.

Silly me...as usual.

Mommy, Britton and I...say cheeeese.

Sparklers...don't try this without an adult.

Me with silly bun hair.
